opdx0 Importer 1.1

Requires DaBomb 1.3.18. Already included by default on Linux and Windows.
Close the game, then run Install-opdx0-2027.sh / Install-opdx0-2027.exe beside
the game launcher. Choose Download and install, or supply the supported ZIP/BPZ.
No CHD or separate Python is required. Existing packs need one repeat import
with 1.1 to obtain the source versus city/wordmark graphics and split names.
The tool preserves existing packages, saves and controls. Community source
is opdx0 build 1006a, commit e5adf7afe6c8e69542166d318c2a0095b945501f.
